a444 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification at any point, including at registration, upon requesting a withdrawal, or upon reaching cumulative transaction thresholds. Required documents may include a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and documentation confirming your payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withholding of pending withdrawals.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your a444 PKR wallet instantly or within five minutes of transaction confirmation. You may only deposit funds that you own outright and that originate from payment sources registered in your own name. All account balances on a444 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals. For deposits made in foreign currencies via international card, the prevailing exchange rate applied by the card network will determine the PKR equivalent credited to your account.
Members may request withdrawal of their available Real Money balance (excluding unreleased Bonus Funds) at any time via the a444 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. a444 targets processing of all withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during normal operating conditions.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the associated deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. Where the original deposit method cannot receive return transfers, a444 will process the withdrawal to another verified account held in your own name following satisfactory KYC confirmation.

Winnings generated through the use of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before satisfying Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

Different game categories contribute to Wagering Requirement completion at different rates.
